Account Manager

Crew Leader
Qualifications Desired: All candidates considered should have valid California drivers’ license and insurable record.
Maintenance Duties:
- Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to; back hoes, bobcats, tillers, sod cutters, weed eaters, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, mowers, blowers, plant auger;
- Arrives at work on time and in appropriate uniform;
- Completes the necessary paperwork including timesheets, work orders;
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment;
- Applies chemicals under the direction of licensed custom applicator;
- Landscape maintenance of assigned properties, accounts and routes;
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Minor irrigation repairs and replacements;
- Attendance at company meetings;
- Arrives at work on time and in appropriate uniform;
- Completes the necessary paperwork including time cards, work orders;
- Works as a member of the team;
- Manages a team of two or more employees, including handling personnel issues onsite and training on policies and procedures;
- Maintains assigned equipment and notifies mechanic of needed repairs

Irrigation Technician
Qualifications Desired: All candidates considered should have the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Must possess good organizational skills. Must have valid California drivers’ license and insurable record. Previous experience in irrigation necessary.
Job Duties:
- Irrigation systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Irrigation Vendor liaison
- Initial diagnostic system inspections for new maintenance accounts
- Written system inspection reports
- Regularly scheduled maintenance on existing accounts including controller programming
- Communication with Account Managers as needed
- Parts inventory control
- Purchasing
- Scheduling
